These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EdgeBell, operated by jBoard, Inc. ("EdgeBell," "we," "us"). By subscribing to or using EdgeBell, you agree to these Terms.

Not Financial or Betting Advice

EdgeBell's stock, options, and crypto scanners provide algorithmic scoring for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on EdgeBell constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and no content should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. Similarly, EdgeBell's sports scoring tools are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute betting advice or a recommendation to place any wager. All trading and sports betting involve substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own financial and betting decisions, and should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. Please gamble responsibly.

Subscriptions & Billing

EdgeBell subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and be billed at the then-current rate.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share your account access with others in a way that circumvents subscription limits; (b) scrape, resell, or redistribute EdgeBell's data or signals; (c) use EdgeBell for any unlawful purpose; or (d) attempt to interfere with or disrupt EdgeBell's systems.

Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodologies, software, and branding on EdgeBell are the property of jBoard, Inc. or its licensors. Market data displayed on EdgeBell is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EdgeBell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, score, or signal.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jBoard, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses or wagering losses, arising from your use of EdgeBell.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EdgeBell for violation of these Terms.
